  • First full-scope commercial interior delivered — internal partitions, MEP, joinery, and FF&E integration for IBAHOUSE.

  • Completion of the JVC Building — a G+25, AED 119M design & build renovation of 88 residential units and amenities within an operational tower.

  • A growing portfolio across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments — for government authorities, housing establishments, private developers, and private clients
